About our home

Our apartment is a typical XIXth c so called Haussmanian style with high ceiling, parquet, and fireplaces, in a nice cut stones building. Totally renovated in 2006, with a size of 80 m2 you have a bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms. One bedroom have a kingsize bed, In the kids' bedroom you have twin beds and also a third bed for a child under 12.
We would like to do an exchange of 1/2 weeks during summertime, and since we have a secondary house, the journeys don't have to be simultaneous.

More about us

We are a couple in our mid-forties; I am a consultant in finance and my husband runs a small entreprise in computer hardware; we have 3 children aged of 17, 8 and 7. We have been living in Paris for our entire life, and we enjoy also the coutryside where we have a house. We love travelling and we have gone to several places in Europe, Africa, Asia and the States. Though it is the first time we will exchange our apartment we feel very excited by this solution that enables to discover a country/place from a different point of view.
Only our youngest children of 8 and 9 will travel with us (a girl and a boy), their are vey quiet and used to respect the things of the other people.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is ideally located on line 1 of the metro (1 block): it takes 5' to 10' to go to main touristic places in Paris (Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysées, Musée du Louvre, Beaubourg ...), and it enjoys also a very convenient location in a street full of traditional food stores and a supermarket open late at night. The Bois de Boulogne and Jardin d'Acclimatation are five ' by foot away.
Neuilly sur seine is the gorgeous and luxuous suburb of paris, the city of the President and many stars and is so close to most of the touristic places that is is more convenient and fine than to be is some other places in east Paris.
