About our home

Strict 7 nights minimum booking.

Immaculate 17th century chateau gardens but with luxury apartments. The old Chateau St Anne was falling apart so modern luxuary apartments were constructed. Amazing location halfway between the airport (7 mins drive away), and the centre of Nice (5mins drive). A 150 meters (5 min walk) from the beach. At the same time super quiet. You only hear birds because the gardens are so big and daily maintained.

Huge swimming pool and flexipave tennis court. Very south of France Mediterranean feel to the area but still close to the shopping area & scenic, vibrant old town.

This ground floor apartment has recently been fully renovated & painted with new fully equiped kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, carpet in the bedrooms etc. It sleeps 4 people in 2 separate bedrooms; 1 room with a double queensize bed & 1 room with a twin double bed. Also there's 2 separate bathrooms.
In the living room there's a 55inch LED TV with Netflix and 100mb/s broadband WiFi.

Property is secured and private.

€50 cleaning fee.
