“Very pleasant stay! We stayed in Alex's apartment for a week in September. We especially liked the quiet, tidy and beautiful environment with a swimming pool and tennis court in which there is this fenced complex with apartments. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, comfortable for 4 people and with a well-equipped kitchen and two pleasant gardens (one has an exit from the kitchen and the other from the living room). We enjoyed one during the meal, and the other was for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location is great for exploring the Cote d'Azur because it has excellent connections with public transport (Tram 2 is in 5-6 minutes walking distance) to the center of Nice, Airport and to Cannes, Antibes and Monaco too ... Communication with the host was easy and with useful instructions for a comfortable stay. All in all we enjoyed our stay and can it only warmly recommend. Thanks Alex!”

“The apartment is in a beautiful parc, around 10 min walking to the Tram 2 (Fabron station). There, you will find a small super market, a bakery, a pharmacy, and crossing the tram rail you will be on the Promenade des Anglais ! The property was clean and corresponds exactly to the pictures. The communication with Alex was very good. If you have a car, the location is fabulous to reach (in less than 1h): Cannes, Saint Paul de Vence, Èze, Villefranche sur Mer, Monaco, Menton... Thanks a lot to let us stay a week in you lovely home and enable us to attend the famous Carnaval de Nice. We recommend 100%.”

“Alex's property is in a lovely quiet area close to downtown . The area is easy to access and there is lots to explore in the vicinity. Alex was easy to communicate with and his apt was spacious and large. A wonderful area of France for exploration. ”

“Alex's spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, stunning apartment is located in beautiful chateau gardens which are peaceful and quiet and a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride from the old town. Set back a 15 minute [uphill] walk from the seafront and nearest supermarket, the apartment is located within beautiful gardens which are perfect to sit in and read or, in our case, play hide and seek. The pool is lovely and everyone really friendly. A stroll downhill takes you to the bus stop where you can go into old Nice for endless restaurants and bars. A tramline will soon be in place (end of 2017) which will run from the airport. Alex's friend and neighbour Marie was wonderful! She met us with keys, showed us round and popped in to make sure we were OK. When our little boy left his teddy behind, she posted it to us, along with a little book. We had a great week in Nice and thoroughly enjoyed staying there. This is a perfect apartment for relaxing during the day, eating outside on the private patio, lying by the pool and going into the old town in the evening.
