About our home

Beautiful and sunny flat in the Nice town with a beautiful garden (with a BBQ) in a very quiet building. The flat has 3 exposure (south east, north east and north west) and all rooms has a direct access through french windows to our pleasant garden (about 150 sqm) where children can play table tennis and we can take lunch, breakfast and dinner when the sun shines (always in Nice!) We can see the Mediterranean sea from the gallery (the sea is about 2km far). We have got 3 nice bedrooms (1 for each child and the parent's one) and 2 bathrooms. The parent room has a king size bed and child room has single bed, with a slide bed available in our son's bedroom (5 people can sleep without problem). The nice main room is near the kitchen and has TV, hifi and a wood table for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

More about us

We are two engineers and have two children. Our daughter is 15 years old, our son is 12. We are open to all proposal and date... We are experimented scuba divers and like all diving destination (you can also practice scuba diving in Nice, we are members of a nice club in Villefrance sur mer, near Nice) .

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Bus and tramway are really near and give a direct access to Nice center and the sea. The mountain is also really near (about 70km from nearest ski station). Nice is a really nice place to live and see sea and mountain. All sport activities are possible (diving, ski during winter...). Moreover, Nice is a big city with all cultural activities (opera, museum, nice restaurant in old Nice town center). Famous Monaco and Cannes towns are only 30km from Nice and easily accessible by car or by train.
