About our home

We offer a beautiful two bedrooms apartment in the center of Nice (10 mn walking distance from the beach). We have two bedrooms, each with queen beds and two additional sofa/bed in the leaving room. We have one study with desk and computer wifi and ADSL, and a comfortable kitchen where 4 of the family can eat. It's a nice little place and a typical high ceiling apartment, with wooden floor in every room, and decorations on the top floor. The building is secured with double key & interphone entrance.

More about us

I am a single mother (45) and my son is 13 year old. We would be travelling with his cousin, my niece (18). I run my own business as a HR consultant. We don't have pets but we like animals. We had a successful exchange already with an american family and can provide reference. We are open to any opportunity somewhere sunny and charming. Car exchange optional. We have an apartment in Paris 17ème arrondissement also available for exchanging (photos available under request).

We are located 10 minutes walking distance from the Beach and Boulevard Raimbaldi turns into most famous street in Nice (Avenue Jean Médecin that leads to Place Masséna and to the beach). Cannes is 20 minutes driving distance from Nice and the scenery is terrific! Many local activities are avaiblable from horse riding to diving and tennis playing.
