About our home
A walk to Nice or to Villefranche sûr Mer and
endless restaurants and hiking, or bus and train tours of the Riviera. Parking on the hill or below. Some traffic noise because we are directly on the Lower Corniche but no view of cars. The picturesque Sentier Litterol sea walk to Villefranche directly below.

I have owned this villa for over ten years and know the area well. The culture, food, light, and walking possibilities here are the best I have ever found.
You can be as busy or as peaceful as you want to be spending your time here. Go to Monaco and see all the sports cars there or along the way, stroll the Old Nice market or the Villefranche Sunday market. Enjoy the vast rosé section of the local Carrefour.
The views out there windows are ever changing, and sometimes it’s nice to just read on one of the chaises and watch all the boats going by.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
A short walk to the large Carrefour, Mont Boron, Pizza Casa and walks to the two main Nice ports and Nice on one side, then to Villefranche sûr Mer on the other side in the other direction toward Italy.
Villefranche boasts a famous french language school, beaches, restaurants, and views, then beyond is Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu, Menton and Monaco.
Nice is second only to Paris in size and variety of
charming french ambience and experiences.
