This gorgeous two bedroom apartment is located in a very nice period building and overlooks a beautiful park in the Carre d'Or (Golden Square)in the centre of Nice. Approximately 3 minutes walk to the seafront and the world famous Promenade D'Anglais.
The new tram line(stop directly opposite our gates) goes from the airport to many parts of Cote d'Azur including the beautiful Old Town and the Main Train station.
All facilities on your doorstep, including fashionable restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
The apartment has been recently renovated and has a new kitchen and large shower room. There are two balconies at the rear overlooking a small garden where you might dine or sunbathe.. there is a small balconcy at the front to look out over the front garden, the lovely park and extraordinary architecture opposite.
this is a vacation home and is fully equiped. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. there is also a sofa bed in the large living area. Our apartment is on the 1st floor and has a lift. There is also an onsite consierge.
From our location you can easily travel to other towns and cities and the skislopes are just a an hour away.
We are early semi-retired couple with 2 grown children and 1 grandson. We live in Dublin, Ireland. Our daughter lives in NYC with her husband and baby son and our son lives in Dublin.
We love to travel and do so quite frequently. We spend time between our homes in Dublin, France and Spain. We also love to visit our beautiful newborn grandson in New York.
