“A very nice apartment in a beautiful villa, typical of the region of Nice. The stay was very short but relaxing, taking the time to swim in the sea, to visit the old town ... we did everything on foot. Only 15 minutes walk from the train station. Lovely couple and a very beautiful little boy smiling. Thank you”

About our home
Our new apartment could not be more central. We are located on the pedestrian zone just behind the Meridien and everything is accessible on foot: bakeries, restaurants, Old Town, bars, the sea… everything!
We live on the top floor, 95 sq m, two rooftop terrasses with sea view. The guest bedroom has access to the garden terrasse (locavore fruit and vegetables) and the master bedroom has a courtyard view.
The terrace is a beautiful place for breakfast, lunch, or evening BBQs with a chilled bottle of rosé wine. You can also smoke there (please don't smoke inside!).
The neighborhood can be lively during long summer nights.
You won’t need a car, we are in the process of selling ours! We usually walk to the train station (15 min), to the tramway (8 min), or to the bus stop (2 min) that goes direct to the airport.

John's reviews
As a host (4)“John was responsible, reliable and did everything we expected in preparation for the trip. We had a fabulous time in his well located and characterful flat in Nice and have such happy memories of having breakfast on the terrace and admiring the frescoes on the ceilings. Thank you John.”
“John was very nice with any information we need. The house is very beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need. My unique recommendation is that you need a car to go there since is not in the center and I found difficult to arrive there. The views from the house are amazing. thanks John¡”
“Really happy with this exchange and highly recommend exchanging with this property/owner if you are travelling to Nice. As is often the case in Nice, you need to be happy with walking up hills, but we enjoyed that. It is also a little bit of a stretch to walk into town, but we enjoyed it several times, and also used the buses. All very easy to do. Also it is apartment living, and there was a bit of neighbour noise, mainly due to the World Cup. But again, we just regard it part of the experience, and in a city like Nice is par for the course. There were a couple of small issues during our stay and John was very good at responding to them and with communications. We felt well looked after and appreciated his advice. ”
