We live in a little beautiful flat, in a 1930' building with a fantastic view. Our appartment is on the 6th floor, with elevator or stairs.
There are a living-room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed , a kitchen and a bathroom.
The apartment is well furnished, with a washing machine, a microwave etc.
All the rooms have windows or French windows which open on the balcony. You can have your breakfast every morning on the balcony !
We are 30-35 years old people. Perrine teach literature, french, latin, ancient greek and cinéma to children in a private school. She's fond of cooking and gastronomic food : she test all the great little restaurant in Nice and all over the world. Laurent is an ingenieur, fond of climbing and mountains. We like travelling everywhere in the world to discover architectures, museums and people or to see new landscapes. Of course, we're really respectful homeexchangers !
The place is realy sunny, very quiet, in the center of the city and realy close to the historical center.
We can do all that we want by walk or by a new tramway, night and day: shopping, visits, to go to the beach, to walk and to have diner in the old town. You can also find a lot of activities to do with children. And if you want, it's easy to take a train or a bus to see the area, mountains, villages, or others beaches.
We'll be happy to share with you all the activities we like in the city and in the area (even if I don't speak English very well...I speak just a little better Italiano...).
