Modern, attractive two-story house in quaint french village

Our house is very comfortable modern home, with large open sunny spaces. We are situated in a small quaint village in the country. There are bikes for adults and children of all ages in the garage as well as inflatable toys and chairs to float around in the pool. La Rochelle and the ocean are an hour away. The city of Niort, with its medieval dungeon, is 30 minutes away. The Bordeau wine region in about two hours away and Paris is just over 3 hours away. The beautiful Marais Poitevin (Green Venice) is 40 minutes away. We would be open to including in our swap a country cottage located in the Mayenne departement, just hours away from the Loire castels and the Normandie Beaches.
