“We have just arrived back from our first home exchange and couldn't be more pleased. It has been the perfect holiday for us and the children. Annie and Jean Marc are really nice, easy to get to know people who make you feel welcome in their home. The house was really nice, and the swimming pool really popular with the kids (and us :-)). We also exchanged cars and this has also been a really good thing. We sincerely hope that Annie and Jean Marc enjoyed their stay in Norway as much as we did our stay in France for three weeks this summer. This is definitely something we would love to do again, our strongest recommendations go out for Home for Exchange and also many thanks to our new friends in France who made this such a great experience!”

Where is it?
.We live in the suburb of Rodez in a village called Olemps. It' located in the department of Aveyron , in Midi Pyrénées. It 's a region where the nature is present everywhere . We have a lake 15 minutes far by car. Many old monuments are nearby. I propose you to look at this website www. cdt-aveyron. fr and www. aveyron. com We have many beautiful villages that are listed. Do you like cheese? The Roquefort cheese is made in a place 1 hour far by car. One hour to the south you must go to Albi, a nice town with many monuments. Toulouse, the pink town, is to 2 hours from home, and if you want to swim in the Mediterranean sea, you just drive for 2 hours. Finally we have many regional foods, and you can eat plenty of fine specialities.
The museum Pierre Soulages has opened in Rodez since May .
