About our home

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small building of 6 apartments. It is very spacious and comfortable for adults as well as children, its layout permits individual privacy when needed on one side the living room area which includes an open kitchen and a terrace on the other, the bedrooms, bathrooms and closet, The apartment is filled with sunlight especially the living room area which opens onto a large terrace ( 20 mÂ²) by glass sliding doors. We use our terrace as a garden; it is calm with an open view overlooking a closed courtyard on particularly hot days we use the awning and inflatable pool for the children.

More about us

My name is Johanne I work in e- business and my husband Renaud is a journalist we have two children: Garance, 4 years old and Maximilien, 16 months. For the children this area is perfect it permits them to be close to green areas and parks (within in 5 minutes)
All four of us enjoy reading and the house is full of books we also enjoy going to the movies, long walks along the canal de lâOurq and traveling.

Neighbourhood

There are many shops and businesses nearby as well as a shopping complex at 50 meters from our apartment and the metro (also called subway or tube) is 200 meters away.

Paris is a 5 minute walk along the way you will find many restaurants, cinemas, and a public library, the town of Pantin touches Paris and is an area that is vibrant but also quiet we often enjoy walking to the Parc the la Vilette strolling along paths bordering the canal de lâOurq with our children, we love this area .
