About our home

Small and cute apartment in central Paris. It is an old flat that we have completely renovated and carefully decorated with a combination of 18th century furniture and modern pieces. It is ideal for 2 people. The kitchen is large and you can have meals in it. The living room is comfortable and ideal to have a drink and to listen to music. In the office there is a computer connected to internet.

More about us

  1. My wife Teresa (33) and myself (35) live in Paris for about 15 years. She is Austrian and I am Spaniard. We love big cities and we are in love with Paris. We would like to spend some time to discover other cities. We would be happy to exchange not only our flats but also good tips: how to explore the city, what activities to do, unusual places to discover, etc.

Where is it?

Located 500m away from Bastille in one of the most active areas in Paris. It is about 15 minutes walk from Place des Vosges and 20 minutes from Hotel de Ville and Chatelet. In our street there are hundreds of good restaurants and cafes. Metro lines 9, 8, 5 and 1 are in the near and you can also use our bikes. It is not far from the Bois de Vincennes, one of the two lungs of Paris but you can also walk to gare the Lyon and get to Fontainebleau and its forest in 40 minutes.
