About our home

Bright, large and airy f120 sq m) 3 bedrooms apartment on the top floor 7th floor of a 1930s building in the 17th arrondissement in Paris.
3 large balconies overlooking the city Large windows throughout and a view over La Défense and the North areas of Paris mean there is lots of warm light throughout and gorgeous sunsets.
We are less than 20 minute walk from The Arc the Triomphe and the Champs Elysées Lots of brasseries, grocery stores, ( Metro line 3 just 1 minutes walking. all buses driving you wherever you want in the city jut in front our apprtment.

3 separate bedroom ( for § 2 bedrooms with bed two people and one room two single beds for kids) .
Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, washer-dryer),
2 bathrooms a. Elevator access and parking .
