About our home

Our apartment is located on the 12th floor of a modern, clean and secured building. It is very quiet and lighty, south/west oriented (you can enjoy beautiful sunsets), with a view of the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre. There is one double-bed in the bedroom, and one sofa/double-bed in the living room. Both beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. 2 persons can eat in the kitchen, 6 persons in the living room. The apartment is equipped for young children (bed - bath - toys)

More about us

My husband Christophe and I are 42 and 33 years old. We have a 3-months-old baby boy named Antoine. We have already experienced 2 times renting out our home to people we did not know before. We are careful with other people's goods and homes as much as we are with ours.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is between 2 very big parks: the Parc des Buttes Chaumont (biggest park of Paris - lake and hills - romantic) and the Parc de la Villette, which offers (1)concerts, cultural and art exhibitions and outdoor cinema,(2)numerous equipments and spaces for children to play, (3) the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie (museum about sciences - well-known and very interesting in particular for children) with the Géode and (4) the Museum of the Music and the Cité de la Musique. We have a supermarket open until 9 pm just at the entry of the residence and the street we use to reach the subway station has many groceries and small shops. The Canal de l'Ourcq is 15 minutes by feet. By the subway (the nearest station is 7 minutes by feet) or the bus, you can easily reach the places you wish to visit in Paris (e.g. Châtelet 20 minutes, Montmartre 30 minutes). Bike is easy and nice to run in the neighborhood, and also a good way to visit Paris from our place.
