About our home

At the 5th floor (elevator), the 180+ mÂ² facing south flat accommodate 6 rooms, in a typical old Parisian building from 19th century. It includes the following: 1 large fully-equipped kitchen available for lunch or dinner for up to 6 + 1 large living/dining room + 3 bedrooms (1 European queen bed, 1 with trundle beds, 1 with single bed) + 1 bath and 2 Â½ baths. And a piano.

Also available our country home with 2 acres garden and covered heated swimming pool. Built in 1998 it includes the following: 3 in-house bedrooms + 2 independent bedrooms (studios), 1 in-house bath + Â½ bath in each studio, living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen. Piano. Swing set for children, mountain bikes, Ping-Pong table, personal workshop, etc. are available.
Car (Subaru Forester) and parking lot available.

More about us

We are a family of 5 (parents + three children 23, 19 + 8 years old). Justine, the 19 years old girl, is spendind time in NY at Globe University for his Bachelor. Theo is still at Montreal Canada for a carrier of editor in cinema. The father Jean-Michel, educated as a medical doctor, manages his own company selling health products to travelers and expatriates. Cécile takes care of all those. We have experience in exchanging including in the US (California).

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The building is located in the centre of Paris (quartier Les Halles). At walking distance Beaubourg (5 mn), Louvre museum (10 mn) and Tuileries, Palais Royal Garden (5 mn), Montorgueil Market (down the street), etc. 3mn from central station of Chatelet Les Halles.
Lot of various restaurants around, including famous ones.

For the country home: it is located just 30 miles South-East of Paris less than 1 hour by car or 40 min by train or metro (RER). Bordering on the forest, 1 mile from Chailly-en-Bière, 2 miles from the picturesque town of Barbizon and 7 miles from elegant Fontainebleau and the ChÃ¢teau.
