About our home

This is a 80 square meters apartment located in a 1930 (5th floor) residential building. I bought the apartment in 2006 and made consequent works inside, therefore it is nowadays in nearly perfect conditions. Double living-room, 2 bedrooms (one with sleeping "mezzanine") bathroom (with separated toilets) and full equipped kitchen. Wi-fi connection (8 MB), hi-fi, TNT channels for TV.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located at the border of historical "village" named Butte aux Cailles (pic), which is a funny green place inside Paris. It is 15 minutes by feet to Panthéon, 3 km to Notre Dame. Place d'Italie and Corvisart are the nearest underground stations. The area is animated, with a lot of small restaurants and bars and a nice market 3 times a week, but the street itself and the close surrounds are very quiet. Close to the building there is the oldest parisian public swimming pool (pic) with open air pool during summer months.
