About our home

Entirely refurbish in 2008 in a building of the beginning of the 20th century, wooden floor. 2nd floor (without elevator). 43m² Ideal for a couple. And if you have a small child, we have all we need! The flat: - A bedroom with a full size bed (140 * 190) - A large room (living room kitchen dining room corner room for a baby) - A bathroom (shower) - A separate WC Equipment: - Kitchen: refrigerator deep-freezer washing machine - dryer furnace fires gas coffee machine micro wave etc - Living room: TV flat Hi-fi (many Cds) high-speed Internet (wifi) free France and international telephone (87 countries) - For a baby: small bed with bars (120cm) high chair changing table small bath many games.

More about us

We are a family of three Nicolas, computing consultant and Sylvie, product designer, both 31 years old. We have a little boy of 1 year old. We enjoy music, art, cooking, outdoor life, spending time with friends and family and experiencing new places. We havent done house exchanges before, but we are sur that it is a very intersting way to travel and visit new places. We would treat your house with respect and would expect you to do the same in return. We are accustomed to travel with everything needed for our little boy. So we can share with houses where there is nothing for a baby !

With proximity: - At the foot of the apartment: bakery, vegetables, butchery, ... - Less 1mn by foot has: subway (line 9), 2 supermarkets, ... - Less 5mn by foot has: place of the Nation, RER (very fast subway), ... - Less 15mn by subway RER has: Notre Dame, the Louvre, Champs Elysées, the Pompidou center, the Seine, Montmartre, The Sacré Coeur, Luxury shops (Galleries Lafayettes, Printemps, le Bon Marché), Place Vendôme, ... - Less 30mn by subway RER has: the Eiffel tower, the Defense (business district), Disneyland Paris, ... Airports (Orly and Roissy) : 30 mn by cab or 50mn by public transports And is it really necessary to present Paris ?
