About our home

Hi,
I live in the 11th, near Bastille/République, a very central area, very animated yet my street is calm. I have 2 young boys, so one of the bedroom has kids books, toys, etc. Children are of course welcome.
There is one other adult bedroom, and a living room with an open kitchen.
We are proposing my apartment, as well as my boyfriend's - He lives in the 19th, near La Villette, a bit less central but still very sympathetic !
He has a wonderful 100 m2 terrace, with barbecue, chairs & tables, etc...
His apartment has 3 bedrooms too (100 m2).
So where you want to stay is up to you !

More about us

We would like an exchange from Oct, 29th to Nov, 8th. We are 2 adults (the kids won't come).
We already have our tickets - however, we are flexible: if you want to stay longer in Paris, then we'll stay in the other apartment, so that's not a problem.
I am a free-lance translator and publisher; my boyfriend is a marketing manager.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

I loooove my neighborhood!
The 11th is such a wonderful area! Very central, by bicycle you can be nearly everywhere in 20 minutes. The metro line is down the street, and several other lines are just a few blocks.
There is a real life in the streets by day, a lot of shops, cafés, etc. and by night, you just have to walk a few blocks and you're in Oberkampf or Bastille, 2 of the most animated places in Paris by night (bars and restos).
