About our home

Apartment 65 sq.mt. very quiet, on the third floor of a 1900 building (with small elevator), view on a nice park with children area. Living-room with TV and DVD-VHS set, Hi-Fi, dining table and sofa that can be unfold for sleeping (2 people). 2 bedrooms: 1st bedroom with a single bed and baby bed / 2d bedroom with a double bed. Kitchen (all electric), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer. Bathroom with W.C., bath, clothes washer. Internet high speed. Our parking place (2 minutes walking) will be available if we travel by car.

More about us

Ariane and Behnam, we are aged 35. Ariane is a manager of a public school of music, theatre and dance, and Behnam is a computer engineer in a big mobile phone company. We have a daughter aged 7, Mathilde, and a son, Darius, 1 year. We already swaped with Italy, England, Czech Republic and Netherlands. As we are very respectful of other people apartments, we expect somebody careful too ! DATES FOR 2008 : JULY 26 > AUGUST 24. ONLY EUROPE FOR THIS YEAR, thank you !

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood: quiet area, 18th district, 15 mn walking to Montmartre and Sacré-Coeur, 10 mn by Metro to the Champs-Elysées, and the Musée du Louvre. All metro and bus stations. 2 supermarkets open til 9.30 p.m. Typical street market on wednesday and saturday mornings. Good contact with the friendly owners of the little shops around.
