About our home

My flat is 50 square meters. It is a charming flat in the Latin Quarter, in a quiet street between the Boulevard St-Germain and the
Panthéon, in a very safe neighborhood (bearest Métro is Maubert- Mutualité, Cardinal-Lemoine in the street, and Jussieu). The flat is on the 4th floor, with an elevator, very sunny, with a view on a 18th century private home. My flat has all the amenities you need. There is a very nice bedroom and a living room with a comfortable sofa, table, chairs, sofas, stereo, tv, dvd... There is a small but fully-equipped kitchen, with a washing machine. A large marble bathroom
with a bathtub. Beautiful wooden roof beams throughout the apartment. High speed internet, and free telephone calls to the US.

Hello! My name is Edouard and I am an artdealer. I don't smoke. I need to be in NYC between the 8th and 18th of May for an art fair, although I am flexible with dates. I am offering to swap my apartment in Paris for one in Manhattan during this time.
