About our home

We are a family of 5 ( 20, 16 and 13 years old daugthers ) . We are offering a 300m² loft ( 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 150m2 living room ) and a 5 seats monospace car with climatisation. The loft is located in a very safe area with all conveniences, 10 kilometers from Paris and 15 minutes from the heart of it by subburban train that is 100 meters from the house. We are very respectfull of others goods. We will answer to any proposition.

More about us

We are a family of 5, Barbara is an antique dealer and spend most of her time working at home, Alexander is sales manager for a Canadian company that sells frames. We have 3 daughters, Katell is 20 years old, Eva is 16 years old and Elisa is 13 years old and we have a lovely cat, her name is Scarlett .This summer we will travel with my sister and her family (Sandrine, her husband Éric their children Valentine 16 and Antoine 13 years old). Children of both families are very well behaved and very respectful of the property of others. We love arts, walking in Paris, museums, cinema, music, antiques shops and garage sales. We are really open to any destination (we'd love to go to New York). Ouvert à toutes destinations. It's our eighth exchange. Montréal, then Virginia, Brazil, Denmark, California, Italy and Greece last holidays. The 7 families really enjoyed their stay, and appreciated to have some space when they came back home after long walks in Paris. For us it's really the best way to meet people, to get into the deep heart of a different country...now that we have started we would not think about vacations without home exchanging.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We live in a nice, good and safe suburb of Paris area surrounded by very elegant old mansions, you'll have all conveniences at less than 200 meters ( groceries, bakeries, doctors, dentists, etc. . . ) and 2 big shopping centers at 15 minutes by car from home. We have a climatised family car with 5 seats, but you can also reach the heart of Paris by subburban train ( the station is 100 meters from home ) if you don't want to drive in Paris. You can, also, easily reach some of the most beautifull French historic places ( Chantilly, Versailles, Fontainebleau, etc. . ) for less than 1 or 2 hours drive. You can also each Disneyland Paris or the amusement park " Asterix" for less than an hour. We will give you all the informations you need in order to discover Paris and its area. .
