Neighbourhood

Our neighbours are really quiet (nobody in August).
Paris is so quiet in August, and there is so many things to do (cinema outside, concerts outside, drinking and have a nice restaurant...)

Its an India parts of Paris: it's a very exotic place with exotic market and very good and cheap Indian restaurants.

It's a stations place: two stations are close to here: gare du Nord and Gare de l'est, so there is many accomodations to move into paris (bus, rer, subway): and it's so practical. I will inform you and let you guides to improve that.
(Don't worry, there is no noise from the stations).

It's really close (5min walk) to the Canal st Martin, which is the most famous place at this time to go outside, take a drink or eating something.
