About our home

This is a very typical studio located in a beautiful pedestrian street, the Rue Daguerre, in the 14th of Paris. The street is very living being, with a lot of bars, restaurants (of any kind), shopping..
The flat is situated at just 150 meters from the famous subway station ''Denfert-Rochereau'' (ligne 4 and ligne 6, few stations away from Champs Elysés).

The studio is situated in the 3rd and last floor of an Hotel. There is no elevator but the stairs are very short. The personal and clients are very kind and quiet. In fact when you are in the flat, you hear nothing, so you open the window and let the street's noise and music (especially jazz) come in. So you have choices! ;)
It's a studio but a big one! (43m2) There is enought place for a living room part (whom actually is the bedroom part when you open the very comfortable sofa) a "dressing part" and finally the American kitchen part open all over the flat (looks like a bar). Every part has her atmosphere so it really looks like a little loft.
The kitchen is totally outing (microwaves, oven, refrigerator, tumble-dryer and utensil! :) ) and it's pleasant to cook in it.
In the living-room part there is a big convertible sofa, coffee table, a big flat screen and the Tower Eiffel (not the real one, miniature but cute one!).
You'll have place to put your stuff and clothes in the closets and cupboard.
Finally and not the least, a bathroom or "showerroom" with the WC inside (free hot water!)
