We offer a typical Parisian apartment with wooden floors and stucco.
It's located on the second floor in a building from 1913. The flat has been renovated a few years ago.
We have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another one with a bunk bed). There is one double-living room (where a sofa folds out to a bed). The living-room has a French window that opens on to a small balcony full of plants and flowers. The kitchen is equipped including dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, electric oven. The WC and the bathroom (with shower and washing-machine) are separate.
We can provide a private parking space.
Our computer with Internet is at your disposal.
We (Karine and Laurent) both work in the National Education (teacher and highschool vice-headmaster).
We have two daughters, Maella aged 6 and Solenn aged 2.
We are both non-smokers.
We enjoy traveling and have done 11 home exchanges since 2004 with both of our daughters : 2004 : Netherlands, Germany, England, Ireland, Austria ; 2005 : Denmark, Netherlands ; 2006 : Italy, Belgium, Austria ; 2007 : Germany and ... ?
We also visited : USA, Canada, Surinam, Guyana, Morocco, China, Malaysia, Czech republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Yugoslavia, Greece, Turkeyâ¦
We are well used to taking care of other people's homes.
We find it's a great way to know another country and meet people.
Our flat is situated in the east side of Paris and in an authentic Parisian neighborhood close to the famous Pere Lachaise cemetery and not far from the beautiful garden of the Buttes Chaumont.
There are shops, bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants, cafes, and parks. There is an open air market on Wednesdays & Saturdays.
It is a 5 minute walk from the tube and bus lines.
By car you need only 45 minutes to go to Disneyland.
