We needed to come to Paris fairly last minute for a family issue and needed somewhere the 1st week of September, which if you know anything about La Rentrée (back to school) a tough ask. We’re new to LHSwap and we’re really keen to make it work through here. The apartment is delightful. I imagine if you have kids it’s even a better use of it. It is in one of my Favourite neighborhoods in Paris (Le Marais). The apartment feels lived in, full of character and personality but not cluttered or over the top. Very comfortable (especially that bed!) and I imagine cozy even in winter. Eleonore, despite already being away, made a plan to have us, sent a cleaner while we were there for anything we might need as it was all last minute & checked in on us to make sure all was well. “Eleonore’s home is great! Amazing location, brilliant place to stay in Le Marais. Walking distance from highlights (Pompidou centre, Notre Dame etc) great restaurants, shops, lots of little parks to play with the kids. The apartments is spacious and beautifully decorated, also the building is located in a quiet street so ideal for resting after a busy day of sightseeing. Eleonore and her family also stayed at our home in Amsterdam, overall a wonderful home swap experience. Thank you Eleonore and family for the great experience!”
