You're looking for a typically Parisian apartment in the center of Paris? Something ideal for 2 to 4 people? Bienvenue chez nous! In a charming and authentic Parisian apartment building, on the 5th floor without elevator access (very French), our 400 sq ft apartment is ready to welcome you. It isn't huge, but has everything you'll need: a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a bedroom, and a 2 piece living room with a double futon. We hope you'll like it as much as we do and that you'll be able to enjoy the calm and comfort of our home as you relax after a long day of strolling the Parisian streets.
We're a young couple in our mid-20s. Constance, my girlfriend, works for a business school, and as for me, Aurelien, I work for a press agency.
We've always wanted to go to New York, and we're finally doing it, between September 6th and 13th 2008. We immediately thought that an apartment swap would be the best way to go: it's a first for us, and we're really excited to be able to live like a couple of real New Yorkers for a few days. We're clean and respectful of others' things, and will take care of your place like it's our own.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
A bientôt !
Aurelien & Constance
We live in the heart of Paris, in the 11th arrondissement, between the Place de la Bastille and the Marais quarter. Ours is a historic neighborhood that mixes culture, shopping, and trendy haunts. By subway, you'll be just minutes away from the major tourist sites: the Opera house, the fabulous department stores, the Eiffel tower? On foot, you can just as easily stroll up to the Pere Lachaise cemetery, explore the rich ethnic flavor at Menilmontant, or grab a drink on the hip rue Oberkampf. If you're a night-owl, you can enjoy some of the coolest bars and clubs, just down the street from where we live. Foodies only need to step out the front door to discover some wonderful gourmet restaurants, and of course, we'll be happy to provide you with our a list of our personal favorites.
