About our home

Our home is a vast apartment with a big kitchen, a living room with a home cinema, large rooms and 2 bathrooms. The double glazing allows a real calmness regarding the noise of the street. We've been living here for many many years and won't leave it for anything. It's a very central location in Paris and the apartment itself is really comfortable; nice and easy to live in.

More about us

We are Cecile and Jean-Michel, and have been married for over 40 years. We have 3 children (34, 30, 19 years old). We also have a cat, which is a bit shy but friendly and loves to be cuddled. We have done many home exchanges before and it has always been a truly rich experience. We are looking forward to exchanging our houses to live some more of these exciting experiences. We are currently looking for non simultaneous exchanges during next summer. Do not hesitate to contact us with your preferred timing.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our apartment is located in the center of Paris (2nd arrondissement), in a neighborhood full of life. On the fifth floor (with elevator) of a typical late nineteenth century Parisian building with double glazing, it is however really quiet. You have access within a minute to the most fashionable shops, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, museums and basically everything that you would need. In addition, most of the subway lines are only few blocks away as well as buses. The pedestrian street where you can find all the butchers, the fish dealers, the fruit market etc? is a block away. It is probably the best area to discover, or rediscover this beautiful city.
