About our home

Quiet, bright and warm lovely house, this duplex is situated at the last two floors (4th and 5th) of a modern and very securised building (with lift).
On the 4th floor:large and very luminous living room with wooden floor, large tv screen, great stereo, piano, guitare, and a typical opened french fully equiped kitchen. A large window with no opposite view and a terrasse with plants, table and chairs make the place very sunny. At the fifth floor, two luminous bedrooms: the parental bedroom with a new double bed (160) and a second bedroom (Laura Ashley style) also with a double bed (sofa). The bathroom (with real bath of course) and separated toilets are at the same floor. A covered balcony is used as a dressing.
Our home is actually newly decorated by an interior architect.

Where is it?

Our home is situated in the west side of Paris, the most classy part of the city (very residential), near the famous Bois de Boulogne (bigger than Central Park in NYC)and Rolland Garros tennis stadium (French Open!): amazing place in Paris to bike, walk, pick nick in front of the lack or make a footing, anyway spend a great time there, with the feeling to be in the country!
Everything you need is around: french bakeries, fine restaurants, bookshops, butchers, little fresh market on sunday, shops, cinema, videoclubs, tennisclubs...
Very well deserved for transports (metro stations and buses lines): the tube takes you very fast to the unic Avenue des Champs Elysees (8min), with its shops, fine restaurants, cafés, bakeries and incredible view! You'll be able to visit the typical Quartier Latin, or the Notre Dame Cathedral (15 min by tube), and the famous Chateau de Versailles (Castle) at 40 min from there.
