About our home

Our home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is a 3-story loft on the top floors of a well preserved 18th century building located in the Marais.

1st level: entrance, storage room + laundry.

2nd level: master bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, 2nd bathroom with shower, study with a sofa-bed for two + complete office facilities (tel, fax, broadband internet, tv, printer.)

3rd level: the living & dining areas + kitchen are set in one large open space. On one side (living area), a window shows a beautiful view of the typical zinc Parisian roofs. On the other end (kitchen), it leads to a 25 m2 terrace facing south with lots of sun and flowers. On the terrace, no city noise is heard, instead, we hear birds and church bells!

Where is it?

Our apartment is located in the very heart of Paris, Le Marais, which is one of the most up-market neighborhoods in Paris.

It is so convenient that we hardly use transportation. Everything is right around the corner: supermarkets, shops, bookstores, bakeries, open air market (twice a week), cafes, bars, bakeries, swimming pool and a department store.

The Pompidou Center, Notre Dame, Place des Vosges and Bastille are all within 10 minute walk, and the Louvre is just 3 subway stations away.
