About our home

The peaceful 2-floor loft is located in a lively typical neighborhood surrounded by 19th century architecture, a ten minute walk tfrom the top of Montmartre. Lovely very secure area.
Extremely easy to access, near many public transportations (bus, underground, bicycles & taxis) directly heading to the Capitalâs main monuments & cultural sites, exhibitions & sports events.

Youâll appreciate the relaxing atmosphere of the blossomed patios and terrace and balconys. 80 sq meter living room with fireplace. All windows looking out on private courtyards. There are four double bedrooms and possibility to sllep in the two large living rooms.

I am 51, a New York-born still-life photographer who has been living and working in Paris for the past 25 years.
I am new to this home exchange process but am eager to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see mine.

You will enjoy the vineyards, old cobbled streets, artists' studios - where Renoir, Toulouse-Lautrec and Van Gogh painted - quiet gardens, the oldest cabaret in Paris, the lively place du Tertre, delicious restaurants, the famous Sacré Coeur church and a wonderful view over the city!
