Where is it?

We are located in the 16th district which features many local shops, café, cinema and restaurants. We are 4 minutes by foot to Trocadero and 10 mn (or 15 mn depending on people) to Eiffel Tower by foot. The Palais de Tokyo ainsi que le Musée d'Art moderne de la ville de Paris are within walking distance. It's conveniently located at 4 minutes walk from Trocadero tube station. We are 3 mn walk to a supermaket and 7 mn by foot to commercial area: every kinds of shops and a very good market with fresh fruits, vegetables etc... The neighbourhood and the building are very safe. Paris is a city but with lot of parks, many within walking distance (Trocadero and Champs de Mars). In Paris there are lot of things to do and to see, cruises, galleries, museums, but you can as well explore the north coast of France, Bretagne and Normandie and the Loire castles.
