About our home

I live in a 1900 building in the North East of Paris. It's a typical parisian flat very confortable for a couple: fireplace, wooden floor, mouldings... There are 2 rooms. The living room with Hi-Fi, fire place, sofa and the bedroom with a bed for 2 people and T.V. There is on sixth floor without elevator ! I love my apartment, and I 'm sure you'll love it too !!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Near the building you can find " le canal de l'Ourcq" (small river) and its banks. The area is very lively with movie theaters, bars, restaurants, organic shops, boats to visit Paris on the Seine, bookshops... the beautiful park " les Buttes Chaumont "(Napoleon III ), La Villette park, the largest in Paris and the science museum "la citée des sciences". The appartement is close to 3 different subway stations: Jaurès / Stalingrad / Louis Blanc. And if you want to try the new Paris bike-sharing system (Velib) you'll find many stations nearby. In the summer it's simply the best way to move around Paris. By the subway: 3 stations for Montmartre and Pigalle 6 stations for opera Garnier and Galleries Lafayette 9 stations for the Louvre muséum 5 stations for Père Lachaise cemetary 12 stations for Arc de Triomphe (Champs Elysées)
