About our home

Hello everybody,
How to describe this mini 40 sqm penthouse located on the 8th floor of an old typical Parisian 30s built Building. Nothing fancy those who are looking for flashy marble stones will be disappointed however those who would love to enjoy a drink with the right music on of the 3 (xs30sqm) terraces (not overlooked) over an amazing view either to the Sacré Coeur very near or Notre Dame, directly under the stars will not be desapointed. Those terrraces are perfectly orientated East North East this mean that you wake up with the Sun rise and get complete shadows at about 15:00 which is quite nice during the summer time. Ideal for kids to safely play or even sleep in a camping tent. Unique in Paris and memories for life!! Otherwise my flat is equipped with all modern facilities and key brand new furnitures.
