About our home

My apartment is located in central Paris in a modern building on the fourth floor with elevator. It is filled with light, has a large living room (41m²) with big windows. On one side there are 2 couches each side of 1 low table, where you can sit back and relax, have a talk. On the other side there is a meal table with eight chairs near a bar wich marks the separation with the kitchen (11m²).
There are two rooms: the first with one bed for two persons (12m2) and the other with one bed for one person (9m2).
There is all modern comfort in this appartement, it is really enjoyable.

More about us

  1. My name is Jean-Claude GARNIER (66 year old), I'm retired from a commercial engineer career.
I'm now plenty living my passion for photography. It's my son Thomas, 25 y.o., who don't live with me anymore, who will
    communicate with you since he
speaks English better than me. We are both non-smokers and we love to travel, we are impatient to visit your country !

Where is it?

My apartment is situated in central Paris, both in an Arabian and a Chinese neighborhood, it's a popular, cosmopolitan and living place.
There's a whole lot of restaurants and cafés, there are also several types of groceries. At 2 minutes of walk you will find both the nearest subway station and an open-air market place.
Further on, there is a beautiful park which offers a great view of Paris. Another subway station (10 min. walk) can get you directly to
the center of Paris where are several museums and the biggest commercial centers like the BHV and "Les Halles".
