Really Parisien apartment in the heart of Latin quarter, with elevator and south-facing balcony. Between Notre-Dame and Pantheon. Convenient to visit museums, good restaurants, cafes and shopping areas. Only 2 minutes from metro Maubert-Mutualite, 7 minutes from RER St.Michel. 1 bedroom with double bed, a big leather convertible sofa in the living room (2 people can sleep), new kitchen all equipped, new bathroom with a tub and Japanese shower toilette. Building is old but inside is only 1 year old.

I am half retired journalist who love travelling. I travel alone to wilderness or mountains but with my friends or my daughter for longer stay, depending on their availability. Non smoking and very trustworthy.
Busy area with good restaurants/cafes, movie theaters, boutiques. Near Cluny museum, Sorbonne, Notre Dame, Pantheon, the Seine, Luxembourg garden. Everything is within walking distance. 2 min to the open air market (3 days a week) with a lot of natural food stales. Very cozy area to live.
