More about us

  1. My girlfriend (Florence, 37 years old) is an assistant curator in a museum and I (Massimo, 44 years old) am an Italian double bass player living in Paris for six years. We decided four years ago for the first time to exchange our home. We already did it with apartments in Madrid, London and Corsica and five times in New York, all beautiful experiences for us!!!
We enjoy travelling and discovering new places and we are very flexible on our trip dates, so we are open to all interesting offers, from week-ends in France and Europe to more long exchanges in the rest of the world, anytime during the year. Non-simultaneous exchanges are also possible. Do not hesitate to contact us!
We are very serious and responsible. You can be sure that we will treat your home with respect as well as our own. We expect the same in return. We will be pleased to welcome you in our apartment and to help you to arrange your stay in Paris, recommending you restaurants, shops, exhibitions and interesting places to visit. We speak italian, french and english.

Where is it?

Our apartment is perfectly located in the center of Paris to discover all Parisian monuments, sights and museums and to experience parisian life, close to everything (shops, supermarkets, outdoor food market, restaurants and cafes, art galleries, subway and bus lines, taxi and bicycle rental Vélib system stations ...).
Located in the lovely rue de Charonne in the Bastille neighbourhood (11th arrondissement), near rue du faubourg Saint-Antoine and Bastille square, our building is at less than 10 minutes walking distance from the beautiful Place des Vosges and the Marais district.

Bastille is a trendy and lively area inhabited by lots of artists and craftsmen, with small shops, many typical parisian cafes and restaurants, with charming passages, paved courtyards and ateliers to discover. It is also a famous night life district with many cafes-concert, bars and clubs, movie theatres and the Opera.
It is very well served by public transportations: from Place de la Bastille, several subway or bus lines will give you a quick and easy access to the Seine river, the Louvre Museum, Saint Germain des Prés and the Latin Quarter, the Champs-Elysées and many more parisian monuments and sights.
