Charming and romantic apartment in the finest location of Saint Germain, Paris. Decorated with taste, this one sleeping room apartment lies on the third floor (without elevator) of a 18th century building, fully secured. It is bright, with two west oriented large windows in the living room, facing a pedestrian street, and one window in the sleeping room to the yard. Extremely quiete. Double bed in the sleeping room and confortable sleeping sofa for 2 people in the livingroom Bathroom with shower and bath. Seperated toilet. Fully equiped kitchen.

I am Belgian, live in Denmark with my Danish wife and our 2 young daughters. The apartment is the second recidence of our family. We can also exchange our house, located in Copenhagen, in the area of Vanløse (10 min. to the center with subway). 150 m2 with a garden,4 sleepingrooms, close to public tranport. We are looking for en apartment in Manhattan from 8th may til 16th, 2010, somewhere close to Central Park, or chelsea, soho, tribeca. Two adults and two kids age 3 and 1. We are non-smokers and very respectful.

Unbeatable location. Artists quarter of saint Germain, 50 meters from fine restaurants, cafés (cafe Le flore, les deux magots, etc), shopping and art galleries. Metro station Saint Germain 100m. Great parc close too (jardins du Luxembourg) Very close to the river Seine with "Le Louvre " on the other side.
