About our home
Charming duplex with 2 bedrooms (one under the roof with a skylight), right next to Bastille and Le Marais, in the heart of the trendy 11th arrondissement. The flat is not large but it's very cosy with lots of books and art works.

We are a franco-italian family with a seven years old boy, Bartolomeo. Isabelle works in contemporary art and Federico is an architect. We love art, we like to see exhibitions, dance and theater shows and we love to travel and discover people and places. We will travel to New York in February 2018, from the 16th to the 25th (we already have booked our tickets), so we would like to do an exchange with a family in New York, which can also be non-simultaneously, as we'll be away from our flat end of December, beginning of January.

We already experienced flat-exchange several times (with our previous flats, in the 11th and 18th arrondissement in Paris) and exchanged with people living in Roma, Zadar (Croatia), Napoli, Venezia, New York (just Isabelle, 11 years ago !) and Copenhagen and each time this was a great experience !

Our flat is very often full of friends, we like to have people at home and we'll do everything to make you feel at home in our place !
