About our home

At the 1rst floor of a small and modern building, we have a nice and spacious family apartment (95 m2) in the popular and picturesque Paris, rue de Belleville (at a few meter where Edith Piaf is born). It has a spacious and welcoming living room including a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher ...). We have one bedroom with a full size bed and 2 others for one person each, a bathroom, a shower room and separate toilet. It will be ideal for a family with two children. It is also equipped with all the comforts: high speed internet, computer, TV with over 100 channels... Our car (Chrysler grand voyager) can be available and we have a parking space in the building. Our preference for the period: - 2/3 weeks in july or august

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our area is like a trendy big village where every cultures blend, full of artists and artisans. Walking along these streets, you'll see the real Paris, as it used to be. It has the atmosphere of the colorful weekly markets, the Norman cheese shops, the Breton fish-sellers and the Provençal vegetable dealers, with the addition of the exotic shops and restaurants of incomers from the French West Indies, black Africans and Arabs, the little theaters, the dance halls and the artists' studios. It's the most interesting area from Paris, in our opinion. We are 5 minutes walk from the Buttes- Chaumont Park and 2 minutes walk from the Belleville park which offers one of the best views of Paris. Very well served by metro line n°11 (Pyrénées Station), it is seven minutes from Chatelet, the heart of Paris.
