About our home

SUMMER 2012 FULLY BOOKED - The house is set up as a loft, with a nice wood terrace at the front overlooking a tiny garden. There are 3 bedrooms: the main bedroom in a first mezzanine and 2 tiny bedrooms for the kids in another mezzanine.(Please note that the kids bedrooms are fun for kids but might not be suitable for adults). The house set up is perfect for young kids! We have a piano, kids bikes, trampoline and all baby stuff available.

We are an happy family with 3 young boys (7 and 5 years old and a baby) who love travels.
We had our first house swap experience last summer in San Diego and we'd love to do it again this summer 2012. Contact us and let's discuss !

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is located in Garches, 5 km west of Paris intra-muros and 5 km north/east of Versailles. Garches is a very nice, quiet and safe suburb. The train station is at walking distance (12 mn). You reach Paris la Défense in 7 mn and Gare saint lazare in 20 mn. All shops and services (baker, grocery, doctors,..) are located within 300 m (5 mn walk). The street is a very tiny street with almost no traffic and a pre-school.
