About our home

My flat is a 60 meter-square apartment with one room, and a large mezzanine as a second-bedroom.

It is in a very nice old building in one of the best area of Paris for tourism, just a few minutes away from Saint Germain des Prés.
It is ideal for a couple with a child, but you can sleep 4 if you use the sofa in the living room.

It's very comfortable and cozy. A third-floor with no lift, very sunny and charming, with wooden floor, an old fireplace and nice sofas. There's a good bed in the bedroom on the mezzanine, a baby bed in the other room and lot's of toys for a 2 year old child.
You'll have also a very nice bathroom with a washing machine and you'll find everything you need in the kitchen (dishwasher, microwave...)

I'm a French scriptwriter living in Paris for 20 years and I've been traveling around a lot, living in the United States, in England and in Africa. I'm looking for some home exchanges in Europe or elsewhere, both for short stay and long stay.
I would like to arrange things in advance since I'm travelling with my 2 year old daughter.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The area is the best to visit Paris: you'll be, by foot, 5 mn away from the Bon Marché (the nicest shopping mall of Paris), 10 mn away from Saint Germain des Prés and its cafés, 10 mn away from the Rodin Museum and its gardens, and 20 mn away from the Eiffel Tower.

The apartment is a also very calm to sleep because it is above a very nice courtyard (see pictures) and the neighbours are very friendly people who can help in case you need. Last but not least : if you like cheese, the best cheese dairy of Paris is just around the corner!!
