About our home

It's a perfect duplex flat for a family who wants to discover Paris. It's located in Montmartre, in a quiet street, within three minutes walk to the Abbesses and Pigalle hip areas. You may have your breakfast, or lunch on the terrace. We use it all year long as soon as the sun appears. And it appears quite a lot!
Downstairs you'll find an open space living room with two fireplaces facing each other, both working. the parental suite with a shower room, some wc and the kitchen opening on the terrace.
The children rooms and bathroom are upstairs, so once they are in bed, you can enjoy some quality time. The flat has been completely renovated in early 2010.
We also have a cat named Clement. He usually lives his life in and out. We can make arrangements to have him stay somewhere else if you are not cat-friendly.

More about us

We are both television filmakers, used to travel and keen on discovering new places. We have two daughters, Calista, 15 and Alma, 10. We've swapped houses many times now and all were great experiences.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We live just down the "rue des Abbesses", worldwide known for being "Amélie Poulain's neighborhood. You'll find within one minute walk everything you need to fill your needs: bakery (bread elected best baguette in Paris this year), groceries, bars, restaurants?You'll find theaters and cinemas all around at a walking distance, including the Studio 28, the oldest movie theatre in Paris, where Cocteau and Bunuel first movies were shown. There are two subway stations and five bus line stops within a five minutes walk. You can also use Velib, the public cycling system, as true Parisians and hit the town!
