About our home

It is a 50m2 appartment with one bedroom, a new kitchen, a very spacious livingroom and one bathroom.
The flat is very quiet (looks onto two different courtyards) and located in the very center of Paris.

The flat is 10 minutes walk to the Opera Garnier and the Bd Haussman and its Galeries Lafayette.
There are 3 subway stations next to the appartement : Sentier (L3), Bonne nouvelle (L9, L8) et Strasbourg-Saint Denis (L4).

The area is very lovely with lots of restaurants, cinemas, theatres, and museums. If you want to discover Paris it's the perfect place.

I also have a house holiday next to the sea, in La Rochelle. It's a very nice city of France. If you want to discover a other part of France during your holiday, and do both Paris and the sea, I can exchange it. Let me know if you want to see some pictures.

More about us

We are a family of 5 : My parents Gerard and Isabelle, my two little brothers Julien and Benjamin and myself, Mélanie .
My father is a doctor and my mother is running a foundation dedicated to the musical activities.
Julien is 25 and Benjamin is 20 and they are both students.
I am 26 yrs old and I work as a financial analyst in the rail industry.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Le quartier est trés vivant et trés agréable. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et bar. Le cinéma Grand Rex qui est ancien est trés beau. Il y a également deux théâtre à proximité ainsi que plusieurs musée.
On est vraiment en plein coeur de Paris, c'est idéal pour découvrir notre belle capitale Francaise.
