The house in itself is 150 sqm, with a fireplace and a 60 sqm sunny terrace, and a very quiet 300 sqm garden.

Maid every week day for 5 hours.

At the back of the garden (distant from 30 mètres) there is a occupied small house.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We are located in the Latin Quarter on the left bank of the River Seine, around the Sorbonne.

Known for its student life, lively atmosphere and bistros, the Latin Quarter is the home to a number of higher education establishments.

The left bank contains many of the Paris monuments, museums and gardens, ranging from Middle Age Musée de Cluny or the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle in the Jardin des Plantes.

Saint Germain des Prés : 20 mn walk.

Montparnasse that became famous at the beginning of the 20th century, referred to as les Années Folles (the Crazy Years), when it was the heart of intellectual and artistic life in Paris : 20 mn walk.

Rue Mouffetard is one of Paris's oldest and liveliest neighborhoods : 5 mn walk.
Many restaurants, shops, and cafés, and a regular open market.

And of course, as you are in the heart of Paris, access to all the incredible monuments and museums : Le Louvre, Notre Dame, La Sorbonne, the Pantheon, the Eiffel Tower, the banks of the Seine and so much more.

Saint Germain, one of the 7 best shopping districts in Paris. Best for: Chic classic design, books, and home furnishings Getting there: Metro Saint-Germain-des-Prés (Line 4), Sèvres-Babylone (Line 10) Main streets: Blvd. St.-Germain, Rue St. André-des-Arts, Rue de Sèvres Once synonymous with the famous intellectuals who haunted local cafés, St.-Germain-des-Prés has acquired several shades of chic and is now a preferred spot of BCBG's (yuppies). Sonia Rykiel and Paco Rabanne have boutiques here: Try Rue Saint-Andre des Arts for rare books, unique regional gifts, and vintage threads. Meanwhile, for local department store shopping, the Bon Marché is the consummate left-bank address for classic chic. If you're a foodie or are in search of gourmet goods to take home, make sure to have a whirl through the enormoys food hall there, too.
