About our home

We own 7 apartments in Paris. 5 apartments are located in a royal building (built by our king Louis the 14th). 3 of these apartments overlook the Louvre, 2 others are located on the other side of the building and share a big balcony. 3rd floor by elevator. Each apartment can host 8 guests (4 double beds (2 queen-size 2 double) and 1 or 2 bathrooms but they can be linked together for bigger groups. We have 2 other apartments located near the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre (4/5 guests in each) so if you want to move over Paris you can stay in 2 or even 3 of them. The apartments are maintained by a professional team. If you need some addition services: daily apartment cleaning, washing ?they are there. Our website is on the Homepage. As on this website we provide only the description of one of our apartments. Please check the description of the apartment we will propose for exchage on our website.

Where is it?

The location is very central (a 100m from the geometric centre of Paris) so you can walk to all main points of interest: - The Louvre: 20sec (other side of the road) - Metro Louvre Rivoli: 20sec - Notre Dame de Paris: 10min - Pont Neuf: 5min - Champs Elysées: 5 min .... The building is just renovated and well decorated. The street (medieval) is quiet Many shops, cafés, restaurants are just around (100m walk) To summarize it is one of richest and safest areas of Paris.
