About our home

Our house stands in suburb of Paris. It is a three-story building. The basement is composed of a garage, a laundry-room and a cellar.
On the first floor, there is a hall, a kitchen opening onto the dining-room, a sitting-room with a fireplace and TV and the lavatories (toilets).
On the second floor: a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a study equipped with a high-speed and Wi-Fi Internet access. There are also two bathrooms and lavatories (toilets).
On the third attic floor, we have two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
A terrace looks onto the garden lawn, flowers, bushes and fruit trees.

We would also like to exchange cars. Two cars can be disposed of : The family car is a rather old Renault 'Espace' (5 to 7 seats). We also have a smaller two-door Renault 'Twingo' sedan for 4 people.

Two bikes are available too.

Where is it?

Our house is located in the south of Paris, with a quick and easy access to the capital downtown either by train (10' on foot or 5' by bus to reach the station and 10' by train) or by car (10' when the traffic is moving fast).
The house is in a quiet residential suburban area, not far from a big park with a lake for those who enjoy fishing and rowing and numerous tennis courts.
