About our home

Our house is quite modern and comfortable. Two stories house with basement. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room (50sqm) and a kitchen. A small terrace will lead you to the garden where you can relax, sunbath or make barbecues and eat. On the first floor 4 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single bed) and a bathroom (the second bathroom is not usable yet. In the basement one room with a washing machine and a freezer and an other one with a home cinema.

More about us

I'm Anne, married to Philippe. We are both working as specialised nurses in the nearby child hospital. Our children are Roxanne (17), Maxence (14) and Amélie (10). We have been living in this small town for 15 years and in this home for 4 years. We have many friends in the neighbourhood who can be very helpful. We would like either to find Spanish sun or discover England or Germany because our children are all learning English and German. Until now we have always spent the summer in our family home in the south of France.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our town is located in the nort east of Paris. The street and the neighbourhood are very quiet despite the proximity of Paris. The street is very steep ended by staircases and with mostly small houses with gardens. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the underground to take you to the center of Paris in half an hour or less. No car is needed.
