About our home

Huge apartment in a pure Haussmannien Parisian style. Located in the 8th arrondissement/quarter (Champs Elysées, Madeleine, Arc de triomphe, Etoile), this 10 rooms flat is at the heart of Paris and perfectly located to visit, feel Paris and live like Parisians do. The apartment is a charming mix of old haussmannien architecture (moldings, louis XVI fireplace, balcony, circular distribution and circular room and ceiling) and modern renovation (designers' kitchen and bathrooms, trellis, etc.) With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (showers only) and 3 living rooms plus a bureau, you have a huge family location to enjoy your stay in Paris.

More about us

  1. We are an around-forty couple, executives in communication / advertising agencies. We have 3 children from 3 to 14 years old. They are very well behaved and would treat your property with utmost respect. We enjoy touring around seeing other countries attractions and museums, spending some time at the beach, or rest in calm locations. We've exchanged once before and really enjoyed the formula to discover new places and cultures.

Where is it?

Located in a very safe area downtown Paris, you can walk from 20 to 40 minutes to any major tourist locations. Haussmann department stores (Galleries Lafayette and Printemps) are just 10 min walk. "Europe" metro station at 3 min and 3 other line stations at 5 min (Rome, Liege and Clichy). But you should really use the city bicycle falicities (1/2 hour ride for 1 euro - gets you anywhere in Paris). I also personally recommend some less famous museums in the neighborhood like Jacquemart-André and the fabulous Musée Nissim de Camondo or Musée Henner (where you can admire some wonderful Goya bullfighting engravings this year).
