I think it is a very pleasant apartment for a stay in Paris. You'll have place, quietness, acces to the little yard... You'll be in a very charming place in Paris (Butte aux cailles) near all facilities...
But it is also a simple place, a bit old... Thus, you could find that installation is summary: kitchen and bathroom could be larger, and the walls could be painted again !
Full internet but no TV... A piano but no stereo hifi...
You can come with your children who will find games, bikes, books or cds... place to play during rainy days...
You can also come with friends to enjoy sharing a certainly particular stay in Paris.
You'll find two bedrooms: mine + the one for the children with two beds. There is also a "mezzanine" in the leaving room.
Maximum 6 persons can come... you'll just have to schedule shower tours ;-)
I am Agnès, 35 years old. I live here in this apartment with my two children, 9 and 10 years old. All the year, we enjoy all what Paris can offer to people who like life, music and discovery from the others !
During holidays I like to go anywhere, in new places to discover: big cities or small villages - sea or mountain, north or south... but particularly east !
I earn my life by chairing a very small company involved in geographical information systems but my real interest is in the community life: trying to understand how politics can influence and maybe change daily life.
It's Paris and I won't describe anything. You should know or you will see.
You'll be near everything: bike rental station, metro, bus, supermarkets, libraries, swimming pool, parks.... restaurants, bars, theaters, opera, museums...
But what will surprise you is the quietness of the place...
And when, on an evening or in a night, after having visited the Eiffel Tower (there is other things to visit also ;-))you'll share a glass of good wine with your husband, wife or friends in the little yard... without any noise from the streets... you'll certainly won't think you're near the center of paris !
