About our home

Loft 125 m² with a large living room, american kitchen all equipped (oven, gas cooking plates, fridge, micro wave), three bedrooms, a large atelier, a study corner, a bathroom (with a bath, two washbasins, one toilet) and a separated toilet. Very bright. Terrace of 90 m² planted with trees, automatic watering, and a BBQ. All conveniences: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, tv set, high speed internet, gas heating. In a calm and green condo – perfect for children. Metro Porte de Montreuil.
It is rare in Paris to have such a terrace and so much room.

More about us

  1. We are a family of 4: the parents, Aurelie and Emmanuel are both 37, our son Zénon is 6 and our daughter Véga 1 and a half.
I am a researcher, a sociologist for the CNRS, and Aurelie is a visual artist (you can see her website if you contact us).
We are clean and easygoing. My parents used to exchange their home while I was a child (often with spain) and Aurélie and I made last year, very happily, an exchange of six month in Berlin.

Where is it?

What to say about Paris ? You will find every thing from high class museums, trendy art galeries, and intellectual conversations, to the Moulin Rouge and Pigalle, chansons and danse halls. It still is the city of romance and "esprit".
Our own neighbourhood is a typical workers's one, and it is also the new arty and trendy area of paris (Montreuil). You have an organic food market, a couple of trendy and small concert halls, contemporary artshows.
And when you want to see the monuments of Paris, it takes in metro 15 minutes to reach the center, the Louvres, le Marais, and even less to the Bastille.
Our flat is part of a green condo (which is rare in Paris) where children can easely and freely play, and with very nice neighbours.
